Microsoft makes resetting your PC very easy but not a lot of people know about the holding shift feature for admins. I’ve found that utilizing the “Reset Windows” feature within Windows can cause issues since you’re in the Operating System you want to reset. Holding the Shift key and restarting the machine gets you into a “Pre-Windows” screen that essentially lets you reset your Operating System without being in it. This I’ve found has been more successful for resetting Windows for me.
