IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) The world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. NEC (National Electrical Code) also known as NFPA 70, is a set of standards designed to ensure the safe installation of electrical wiring and equipment in the US. Common functions of the NEC are safety, uniformity, compliance and innovation.
